Hochul to invalidate her mask mandate, this recent decision in PA can only help our arguments here in NYS. What happened in PA? Their Supreme Court ruled that the mask mandate was not valid because it was imposed by Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf’s acting health secretary without legal authorization. This decision will likely mean that schools and school districts will now decide for themselves whether or not they will impose their own masking requirements.
