Now she is attacking our neighborhoods and homes!
Governor Hochul announced (read HERE) she wants to sneak
through the state budget her devastating statewide plan to address our “so-called” housing crisis by requiring us to build 800,000 new homes in New York.
This proposal is called the New York Housing Compact (read HERE), and it will target every community in our state.
If this goes through, Albany will be able to control what your neighborhood looks like and you can say goodbye to your quaint villages. This is an outright attack on single family homes and will impact what your house is worth.
